        The thing is there was a thread asking when Manny will finally hang them up. Here is the likely answer. He will fight anyone and continue to do so hoping he can surpass Mayweather but the reality is that in popular opinion he can't unless he beats him. That was the worst thing about that rivalry. Each of those fighters are compared only to each other instead of being taken on their individual efforts overall. They were the 2 dominant fighters of their time and it should be left at that. No debate.

                    These guys don’t need to fight now...it was bad enough that the first fight was years past it’s best before date. On the off chance that mayweather didn’t fight scared again and pac didn’t have an “injured shoulder” again, and the fight wasn’t a 12 round game of tag again...it would still be an irrelevant fight.
