Not trying to start any BS or anything you know.. Since they are being private on this matter. Is it possible maybe blood work came up positive for a disease such as HIV, HEP C or something? I've never really heard about this kind of situation where someone was medically cleared. Mind you, I've only been a boxing fan for a few years.

Its most likely something like HIV or HEP C or blood born disease.

When that Thai fighter failed last minute it was also said Private matter, he then later got outted as having HIV

If that were the case they would just say so, when they said Private Matter its probably something like an STD or HIV or Hep C where you get stigmatized.

If he had a diabetic issue they would just say it he had some high blood sugar or his blood pressure
