Luis Pabon brought it back OLD SCHOOL with Murata Brant 2!! classic refereeing

Pabon brought it back it dirty dirty old school! Should most refs bring it back like this? I was worried Pabon was going to stop it sooner but phuq Pabon went gangsta on Brant!!

Nah he definitely stopped it too soon.brant was still throwing back.look at the gassiev-dorticos ending if you want a textbook stoppage.this was on par with the froch-groves ending, but good old bob will make sure there in no rematch.

Brant took an absolute beating and most refs would've stopped it sooner. I'm assuming because it was only the second round he gave Brant more time to try and recover as serious head injuries usually occur late in a match after a huge accumulation of damage.

Most ref’s today would’ve definitely stopped it sooner.

I already knew the result before watching the fight, so knowing that Brant got stopped, it seemed to go on forever when watching it because i was waiting for the ref to stop it.

I thought it was about right... I was expecting it to be stopped a lot earlier. Brant was shipping a lot of punishment and many refs would have legitimately stopped it sooner, but he was still firing back the occasional ineffectual flurry. Think it's the pair of rights at 0:40 and 0:43 that put Brant back on ***** street that finally convinced Pabon enough was enough.

          Apologies for the BS quality!

Perfect stoppage IMO. At first I thought it was a little early but rewatching it he was getting hammered for quite a long time. During the brutal beating Brant was still keeping his hands up, blocking some shots and the odd time throwing something back... I think for these reasons Pabon let it go on for a little bit and gave Brant every chance.
