GGG booted Abel because he wasn’t going around claiming GGG got robbed again. Instead he said GGG didn’t follow the gameplan, fought too conservatively, and that he can’t complain about the scorecards.

Jabs are great, to set up other punches. Not use them as the primary attack throughout 12 rounds, and just forget about power punches. Judges aren’t going to give you a fight like that. In fact I think they scored rounds for him just out of fear of backlash of giving Canelo too wide of a scorecard and get sh/tted on again. They probably gave him pity rounds. I scored first fight 116-112 GGG. Second fight I had Canelo 5-4 ahead after 9 rounds, but gave GGG the last 3 to take it 7-5. However if the second fight was a draw, that would have been fine with me too.

This is pure fantasy on your part. Those jabs snapped Canelo's head back. No Canelo didn't land the cleaner more effective shots. What effect did they have on Golovkin other than some superficial facial swelling. None. He could not force Golovkin out of the center of the ring despite his best efforts. The only one who went to the ropes if I recall correctly was Canelo. Golovkin's power punches were harder and more effective than the ones Canelo threw. Their punching techniques are different. Canelo needs to wind up to generate power. They look good and they are solid punches but Golovkin can generate more power with less effort. Golovkin fought the classic fight against a guy who tried to be a pressure fighter. Use the jab step back when appropriate look for opportunities to land hard punches and do not go to the ropes. The thing he failed to do was throw more body shots. Canelo got outboxed in both fights. Golovkin has a higher ring IQ. That's never going to change. There will come a point in time that age will over come his advantage in ring smarts but it wasn't in either of those two fights.
