you're right about the exercise, 100%. work earns the good mood of the day, sets the tone.

You're talkin to a dude who's never surrendered, in the ring or on the street. I damn sure never would take the easy way out, it ain't in my nature doc. you dont learn unless you bleed. I was just playing around in the weight room and wanted to put on some mass cause I was young and dumb (yes I dont bodybuild anymore, luckily never had any injury and never got dumb with it either)

I recently got a few stitches at a medical clinic. I had a good conversation with the doctor, who didn't know what turmeric was, nor did he know what soursop was. As I've gotten older, I've grown less respectful of centralized medicine, as ultimately it is a machine to keep society taking their pills, and the game plan is to have us dead before we're old enough to collect our ***en social security checks. Centralized med wants us to take their stuff rather than mother natures, like pot...a completely versatile stress relieving plant, available in hundreds of strains, that cures all types of stuff! and is even edible for hurt aging old pets.....but see this is too effective, theres no money in it for them this way! So, the medical lobbyists chunk in a bunch of change to keep pot illegal in ****** places. Along with alcoholic manufacturers, and you name it ... they would rather you take their anti depressant rather than a superior, natural one tested by time. Why do you think that is? Money and control. in order to completely control the populace, get em on your dope.

So, I do regard you higher now as I do anyone in the medical profession. my exs ole man was a pharmacist, and him and I had some thoughtful conversations here and there, his father was also into the health field, so I am awed by families that stay in this practice passing somewhat positive ideology, but as long as it's centralized it wont be worth a damn, same with banking. Doctors...They are philanthropic in nature, I have a general respect for the medical mindset, it's centralization that ****s everything up. I dislike how they abuse their control. All of my medical knowledge comes from a fellow by the name of Dr. Mercola. All of the information on his site and videos are free, he used to be a doctor in centralized medicine in the USA but elected to get out and do his own thing. Otherwise, I'd probably still be wondering wtf a mitochondria does. =p I'd never spend a cent on his damn products though :-) I'd source it all myself or find it bulk myself. Just saying. Dude's too good of a salesman, with the damn gestures. ****. try his breakfast smoothie and lunch salad with canned fish.
Also I used to be a bad weed addict, it's most certainly not good for you. Drugs are bad for you full stop. You're another pseudo-buddhist excuse maker

Nobody’s comment to see this historic matchup? Bivol vs Canelo. Even at super middleweight sought give Nelo advantage but kitchen would be too hot & carrot would over cook

So call their bluff like GGG did with ward and offer a catch weight of 164? Has he even fought at 168? And say Cinnamon fights him and beats him. The Fanbois will say he drained him. So its a no win either way you put it. And Nelo wants a belt at 175. So if the fight happens it should be at 175 lbs. So going after Kovalev to test the waters isn’t a bad idea or fight. But the Fanbois will say otherwise.

Canelo a natural welterweight doe! Fight at 155 or no fight!! Need to tip the scales even more to help Canelo!
Coward's like you wouldn't even give CANELO credit , you would rather organize a parade for you're hero Triple Jab for moving up to 164 & beating a bum ranked #98.
Anyone from 154-168 doe! All the belt's doe!
