Comments Thread For: Oubaali vs. Inoue Winner Must Face Luis Nery, Says Sulaiman

The next defense of the Frenchman Nordine Oubaali should be against the Japanese contender Takuma Inoue, according to information passed along by World Boxing Council President Mauricio Sulaiman to ESPN Deportes. Sulaiman also revealed that the winner must make a mandatory defense of the WBC bantamweight title against Luis Nery.

Hopefully Takuma Inoue takes the belt. Then if Nery takes it off of him, it makes the potential showdown with Naoya even bigger.

This is what we boxing fans like to see, prime boxers top fives getting it on back-to-back in the lighter-weight's LETS GO!

but I got to say Luis Nery should never face another Japanese fighter again after the terrible disgraceful scandal Luis caused in Japan vs. Shin Yamanaka, getting caught with P.E.D's, given a second chance, then cheating on the scales.

We also got this lifetime ban from Japan that Luis Nery is permanently subjected to : I'm wondering how does this work-out if Takuma Inoue's team wins a purse-bid, because I personally would use that option to BLOCK this fight in exercising my right as promoter to have this fight in Japan -- where Luis can not enter!

The WBC should not assist Luis on getting his shot any further, he got himself into this. I think It would be a crime and at the very least abuse of power that the World Boxing Council step in and force this potential contest to be held at a particular venue. Having said that, I might got ahead of myself because Nordi Oubaali is a real champion so it can go to France.

Nery and many Mexican fighters like JMM, Canelo were Ped users.

Oubaali is a very good boxer-puncher so good luck with that. He looks phenomenal at times, I have a feeling Takuma could be sparked by him and that Takuma has very little chance of doing the reverse or outboxing him.

Benavidez was a Champion in Recess for his scandal. WBC don’t care.

Never wanted any other sanctioning body to be abolished, nay, razed by fiersome fires to the bedrock of the ground so much.

lol. you guys are so naive. Benavidez is a toothpick. he grew up a fat kid like Ruiz Jr. what do you think helps suppress appetites at times?

Charlos Bros. missing VADA tests because it would've been disastrous to PBC business had they been stripped or another collection of Champions in Recess sat out for another year because of traces of blow...
