Anyone else pumped for this fight!? Very good style matchup. Both guys can punch a little bit, neither fighter is great defensively, Vargas has been hurt n floored in fights, both work the body well...It's close to a toss up for me, but I favor Vargas to win a close decision with him being the undefeated golden boy fighter.

Very good undercard too with both Diego dlh n Joey Gonzalez in tough.

It’s a solid fight, but I don’t really enjoy watching Vargas stylistically, he reminds me a bit of Miguel Vazquez during his 135 lb title run, a skilled fighter but a little too defensive and a bit of a spoiler.

Kameda is strong and has decent power, but Jamie McDonnell pretty much exposed his flaws technically when dealing with length, lateral movement and workrate. So based off that I expect Vargas to win wide on points.
