Someone like Crawford walking around at 170lbs would be totally out of shape. It's not the same as Floyd Manny and Marquez who may not be in absolute peak condition in between fights but they would be far closer to it.

It's more of a testament to those guys' ability not to get completely out of shape in between fights but i'm sorry Crawford, Spence and Mikey fighting at 168 is not the same as those 3 fighting at welterweight lol.
