On paper Usyk being favored NOW with Joyce having more fights now isn't so obvious.

Usyk defeating him would be irrelevant .Again theres only one Usyk, it doesn't mean others will defeat him.

Joyce would make Usyk work far harder then anyone hes fought at CW ,hed probably be a slight favorite only bc ability to slip in and out where speed would potentially save him but don't bet on it at least until Usyk can show some main stay power with bigger guys NOW .

This isn't 2013 he's fighting top seasoned HW's here and im assuming he holds his own with slow guys, so? I think Hrgovic poses a more problematic fight for Usyk but Joyce vs a Wilder would be a huge threat for Wilder, you cant just say this guy beats Joyce therefor so does others ,wont work like that.

At the end of the day Usyk was supposed to have jumped in HW awhile back ,since then Joyce has accumulated 9 fights which is a huge advantage ,is it enough still ? Id say so but only thing stopping me from picking Joyce is speed in THIS one and long relations with Wlad who hes had many sessions with.

      Got you .
I can agree with most of what you're saying .
I'm curious how Usyk will do with the Big Boys of the division also .
Breidis was able to put leather on Usyk so he is hittable .
I just think a guy like Joyce who is pretty stiff is perfect for Usyk's style.

I’m not a believer in Joyce. Seems like a poor mans AJ but I have more faith in AJ

Usyks other advantages going into a HW division and against Takam is he has/had Vlad Sirenko who is my number one prospect. under Ali bashir who is the best trainer out there is going to be a wrecking ball. Joyce also went toe to toe with him which tells me it was probably close to a real fight the way they spar. Joyce is no walk through ive never heard anyone mention anything easy when in the ring with him from Fury to Sirenko .

how good is Usyk / I could see him out boxing Wilder with attacking balance issues ,wouldn't be so sure on that one.

I don't believe Usyk has the right mix to defeat Joshua who I think brings the most difficulties besides Hrgovic.

Ruiz Jr is still a ???As far as im concerned and I wouldn't put him over most guys I mentioned on here unless he beats a LIVE Joshua which I don't think so.

The guy who takes control of the division will be the guy that matches best against most ,that still tells me Joshua. Then Fury IF he can manage a win over a more prepared Wilder it works both ways in that one and that's a 50/50.

Should Wilder win over Ortiz/Fury that doesn't tell me about a Joshua match bc hes not an aggressive counter puncher, this is getting off topic but these guys are the most likely to take over for a bit at least until 2023.

Joshua,Wilder,Fury,Hrgovic, Joyce ,Usyk. in whatever order you pick.

          Top prospects are.

Sirenko ,Conto ,DDD, EFE ,Gorman..these are the ones going to be the ones to beat even if they lose to each other.

In the end Joyce needs to be included until proven otherwise, theres just to much to overcome and actually get a win off him...one thing to say hes not a top fighter ,another thing showing hes not. lol
