You still don’t understand what a catchweight is for, so let me remind you again.

First, Canelo never said he was a “Junior Middleweight” when he fought his 155s with Lara, Kirkland and Angulo. He said he feels comfortable at that weight, and you read clearly that all those adversaries mentioned had way more fights EACH than Canelo ever did, WAY BEFORE Canelo fought at 155, and so what was their claim? Keep it 100 across the board.

You’re just bitter that Canelo got Lineal with Cotto before GGG did. You expected Cotto to fight GGG at the full 160? If you say yes, you’re a dumbass...lol

I'm not bitter. There is no way in hell that Pacquiao's 8 division titles can stand up to what a guy like Roberto Duran did. He fought at Middleweight after over a year layoff to fight Barkley who was a big Middleweight and had just demolished Tommy Hearns. Did he ask for a catchweight?? From his original division that was a staggering 25 pound difference. No way. Did he ask for a catchweight when he moved up to fight Ray Leonard. No. People run around saying how great these current fighters are and catchweights are flourishing. Not only are there more weight divisions but that isn't good enough they have to fight at a catchweight. Mayweather, Canelo etc and Golovkin if he wins a catchweight title can throw them in the garbage as far as I'm concerned. Do you really believe Ray Leonard won the 175 pound title over Donny LaLonde. I sure as hell don't. It was a good fight I enjoyed it but I don't believe he should be given credit for winning a title. You can think what you want that's your business. Personally I've never cared to give a fighter credit for winning a title at a catchweight.

Bruh, instead of reading and rinsing what others say, research your fights! You will always fail bringing up Canelo’s 155 whenever you bring up Lara, Kirkland or Angulo. We also already discussed Cotto and Khan and Hatton.

Ward is younger than Kovalev. And he's better. Canelo should call him out of retirement.
