Why not leave Smith alone and let him decide for himself what he wants to do. You aren't his manager. I don't see Canelo messing with Smith or making him any offers. Smith KOed Fielding in two rounds shortly before Canelo fought Fielding. Smith is real champ at 168. Let Canelo fight him if he wants to claim a real 168 pound world title. Saunders isn't a real 168 pound champion. He beat an unknown weak fighter to be win the vacant WBO title just like Andrade beat an unknown old guy from Africa to win his gift vacant WBO title. Smith is well proven at 168 while Saunders has done next to nothing at that weight. Saunders has a good record at 160 but he has not done much since his good performance against Lemieux. Can he still fight like that now? -

No one is going to accept offers or counter them when Canelo is around, this is the same thing with 147 when Mayweather was around. I do hope Canelo picks his next victim so that everyone from 154 to 175 can move on and start fighting each other.Comment
