Working on the backfoot isn't fixing the right problem. It's good, but it won't make a difference against a fighter like Ruiz.

Joshua has to learn to generate power at ANY range, not just full range. He also has to learn how to anticipate counters because he was eating them all night long. He never switched the gameplan at all.

If Lennox Lewis didn't dislike the guy so much he would make AJ a straight killer.

Be sure to post all those real money bets you'll all be placing. Ruiz at 3/1 will surely be too good to turn down.

But you won't because you don't believe your own nonsense you type.

Fight is going to be in Cardiff I'm sure they will try to do him like they did Takam and Parker

      Too risky of a bet

Obviously its not for slipping this one ,its to train going back against oncoming fighters.

that other one is the same that uses those foam bands so not sure why you guys aren't criticizing Ben with Fury bc its the SAME thing for slipping punchings ?lol
Ben doesn't make Fury go back and forth in straight lines, in a monotonous rhythm

It will be tempting to drop some money on Ruiz, depending. I thought Ruiz had no chance in the first fight. I just am confused at the videos AJ is releasing of his training, I'm starting to think I'm being conned somehow

Joshua is working on his footwork.
He looking to land single shots and get out of danger, reset and do it again, and take it into the late rounds or just get the decision

I'm thinking about it. I haven't seen much to suggest that AJ will fix his mistakes in the rematch. He still jabbing with the weight on his front toe, leaning in for example...making him vulnerable to Ruiz counters

I was referring to you criticizing AJ's other regimines with similarities to Fury ,you posted Joshua did something before this to dodge shots and its no different then the foam bands Davision uses and many.

Put money on the over ,most likely Joshua is going to really do a number on Ruiz when he wears him down..How are you being conned ?

Even in my prime I had to make my training mechanics to what was out there like creating a ab machine with duck tape/ free weights ( it actually is a selling machine now...the AB roller) and such, and that's yester year...Marciano had to create his own methods like Louis...as long as its doing the job it works, Im telling you AJ is a favorite for a reason and until he loses again well...…

99% of the people on here wouldnt make it past 15 minutes of this guys training regimine,i think right now I could last 35 minutes starting at mid point on AJ's time???/ MAYBE.

What are you talking about, trolling??
The treadmill thing is clever for working off the back foot. I'm not sure what is confusing people here...

Oh, well if a few guys at YOUR gym are doing it then it's got to be a great drill for sure.

If AJ looks at your punching bag video on top of that then he should have all the bases covered.

Feel like being trolled, maybe conned, because these videos look so mechanical

Your last point is irrelevant as most people couldn't last 15mins of Ruiz's training regimen either

RE. Your first point. I don't really follow. But I'd say there seems to be notable differences in training-styles between Fury and AJ. If you watch Ben and Fury moving around, it is fluid and almost graceful, for the fat man that Fury is. If you watch AJ's training vids, on the other hand, there has always been a robotic feel to proceedings. Like in the slip-drill video from last week, you can almost hear AJ counting to himself, '1 step, 2 step, under-the-rope, and punch, and bounce... 1-step, 2-step...'
