It's not as complicated as some of you are led to believe to have fighters from different companies have their guys fight each other. The promotional contracts are set up for protection, not necessarily total control. Believe me I have no obsession with Hunter nor do I know exactly what his contract stipulates. Apparently you do! Many contracts with seasoned fighters have clauses and stipulations. Many younger guys have no choice and sign away a few years of their life. It's obviously very difficult to promote yourself, especially as a no namer! You two "experts" obviously know it all so no need to learn anything new on your end!
Who exactly are you attacking ? HA

Juggs didn't even bring Hunter into the conversation you did ? and attacked him which tells me you aren't as smart as you think as jugs is one if not the smartest guy on here and he fought himself but that's neither here nor there ,so im out, theres no reason to continue here you did nothing but push an illogical circumstance that wont happen as BT owns Furys fights off of U.S ESPN.

Again going for Briggs! He's actually a choice

Obviously Fury fights on ESPN and it would be easier to just find an unatttached guy for him to fight. The issue is that they are insisting on an american and I was pointing out a guy who fought in May and would be ready for a fall fight. Do Hearn and Warren get along? Doesn't seem like it but again that may be internet fodder. Who really knows? I'll ask around next weekend. Some of these supposed "beefs" are phony for publicity. I'll be in Newark for the Stevenson card. I only mentioned Hunter because money talks and Fury is the "lineal champ". Almost like a title fight. Will it happen? Probably not but to say a definitive " NO"? Personally I think Fury is looking for an american Tom Schwarz! Will he find one? That seems to be their game plan. No need to risk the Wilder rematch!

As for Juggs being one of the smartest guys on here? Questionable!
only ranked relevant guys who are available are Martin / Briggs a fun fight...beyond that jugs was correct in who were known guys so ? Unless they pull some magic and wow us the thread is an American Heavyweight that tells me its someone ranked or shows interest to attract a polarizing fight. Joyce is a great option to but hes scheduled and im not sure Fury risks that one,Joyce was his main sparring partner for Wilder who helped tremendously, people don't realize that.

Edit : Joyce isn't American but has fought on some undercards here. This goes back to the problem of having a U.S competent fighter at this time.

I should apologize for disparaging comments. It get's frustrating with these forums at times. My original intent was that Hunter was ready for another fight and although he is with with DAZN, stranger things have happened. Of course he was signed to fight DAZN guys but if the right opportunity came knocking (Fury,Wilder) they may just jump at it. No offense to anyone but I have been around the game a long time. Promoters put petty beefs aside if the money is right and it makes sense for them. There is no real, hard, and fast rule against it. I need to put frustrations aside and just agree to disagree with people.

I deleted my previous comment about Juggs. I respect all ex fighters!

Someone has previously mentioned Trevor Bryan. I have met him and Amir Imam ( stablemate) with King. Haven't seen him in awhile but would love to run in to him and ask if he was offered the fight. He bounces back between Florida and upstate N.Y.

I really hope it ends up being Fury vs. Briggs in NY. The press conferences would be epic.

Wouldn’t wanna fight him. Miller has a smart crew around him. Heavyweight factory ? That’s goin up against the knowledge of Holyfield, Briggs, Bowe....those are the old timers around there. Miller comes out and nails Fury with an illegal move, he could make his life difficult. In particular, the quadriceps shot. But I think Fury is the superior boxer due to his confidence, which ultimately stems from his versatility.
