Whytes promoter does not really care about him getting a shot though, he could leverage with money and whatnot like he has done for AJ but Whytes not worth the investment to him

a no 1 ranking is not a mandatory . Guys can shoot up rankings without fighting based off other fights, like after AJ Ruiz

Hearns has no intention to gamble and take a loss on a Whyte fight , like he did for AJ.
He has the promoter that knows how to do it, but wont.
Instead he petitions the A,B,Cs when he already knows how to get stuff done

What are you on about? The gypsy queen has a history of ducking fighters who will beat him when there's no reward attached to it. He ducked Pricey and also ducked Rivas for the gay German uber driver.

Whyte isn't signed to Matchroom and he's on a fight by fight basis and has no problem signing to fight Fury on BT/ESPN. And the difference in what Fury and Whyte earn per fight isn't that huge and they can always work something out if Fury wants the fight. But we all know Fury won't take it because he's shook of those body shots ripping his fat body apart. He won't see that left hook he'll get slumped by, trust me. Gypsy bum doesn't want that type of smoke and he'll keep fighting Seferi and Schwarz till he fights the one-trick pony.
