Comments Thread For: Whyte: I Beat Parker Already; Why Would I Fight Him Again?

Dillian Whyte isn't interested in a rematch with Joseph Parker. New Zealand's Parker spoke last week about boxing Whyte again, before Parker stopped Australia's Alex Leapai in the 10th round Saturday night in Providence, Rhode Island. Whyte (25-1, 18 KOs), who's scheduled to box Colombia's Oscar Rivas (26-0, 18 KOs) on July 13 at O2 Arena in London, wants a heavyweight title shot if he beats Rivas, not a second fight with the former WBO champion.

Ahhh stfu Whyte. You won a decision. Since you’re avoiding title eliminator fights, who else you going to fight?

Parker can't fight journeymen all his career, fight Chisora next if you want Whyte rematch or retire.

Joshua beat Whyte way worse than Whyte beat Parker. Why would Joshua fight him again?

This is why Wilder is so good - he fights people he's already beat.

If Whyte wants to be at that kind of level he needs to forget about Wilder, Fury, Joshua, Ruiz and instead fight Parker, Browne, and Helenius again.

Whyte has been chasing a rematch with Joshua yet Joshua beat him handsomely so what’s Whyte’s question again.

Single fights don't always tell the tale its actually 3 fights bc sometimes you will get different outcomes, dont boxing fans and boxers get this ?

I actually think Parker could get a win if they fought 3 times but boxing usually doesn't work like that.

Whyte just doesn't want to be bothered again with that risky fight knowing he almost lost. Im sure if somehow Whyte gets a belt they'll fight again but I don't see it.

Its good to see rematches in close fights and even sometimes one sided if someone has an off night in HW division one punch is either an inch or mile away.
