Right. I don’t think I’m the only one that think team Nelo are trying to push Andrade on GGG. It makes business sense on their part to avoid a dangerous guy who won’t translate into huge dollars. If ggg wins they won’t have to fight a guy who lost to a man they beat. Still I think what they really want is Munguia in a fight that will bring in the pesos regardless of how competitive people see it. How serious they are about Kovalev I don’t know. Catch weight could come up if Kovalev decides to bite.

      1) Andrade

      2) Charlo

      3) Smith (only at 168)

      4) Kovalev (only at 175)

      5) any of the top super-middleweights... again, only at 168

Then it's a weight mismatch. If it is at a catchweight, then Kovalev will be drained. I just really hate when fighters skip more than one division at a time, 9 times out of 10 it just ends in disaster. If he wins then it's very impressive but I dislike it when guys make these massive leaps up in weight on a hail-mary gamble when there's still legit opposition in and around their own weight class and demand for the fights. I can see why people are interested in Canelo fighting Kovalev now that the possibility has come up but until then literally nobody was asking for it.

                I say....

1 Kova would be a nice win on Canelos resume.

                2. Andrade wipe out all the title holders at mw.

                3. Charlo take about another undefeated mw.

                4. Smith nice win but smith is still untested and unknown

                5. Ggg tired of his entitled attitude like the world owes him something yet the he’s unwilling to take any risk guy has become a joke

Kovalev wants to know whether the judging for a Canelo fight will be more corrupt than his first Ward fight

                      well said

                      top post !

there are plenty of legitimate questions at 160/168

in the large scope of things, that fight could make sense..... but not now, especially with Kovalev already signed to fight Yarde
