I think he may have some doubts after the time off. I heard he was telling people at the gym that he lost his hunger, and people around him said he was more into life with his new wife than training.
Perhaps the new pissed off attitude is from all the criticism in recent years.

I'd joke with him, have a short convo, give the man a compliment, and then get a photo.

Randomly demanding a photo is intrusive and makes you come across like a stan.

People roll with people around their level.

Pro boxer's main product is fighting not autographs and photos with fans

Most fighters are cool when you meet them outside of boxing. Bellew is one of the nicest boxers I’ve met but I still think he’s an absolute d***head within boxing.

Thurman probably falls in that same category, at the end of the day these guys are trying to sell a fight. Thurman seems like an arrogant ****** at times but then he also comes across as a chilled out hippie.

Im not gonna follow these people around and lower myself to that level. Like hey, can i have your autograph and a picture? Lmfao it’s actually pretty degrading, I have no interest in anybody’s autograph. I dont care about stars but that’s just me.

It’s a social media thing too. I always come across some jerkoff on facebook who thinks he is on the top of the world with a celebrity picture. It’s cringe worthy.

Actors and athletes just need to be good at their jobs. They are not obligated to sign everybody’s ****** T shirts.

Even the down to earth ones.. they arent going to be cool all the time.
so if you had a boxing glove, and mayweather said he would sign it for you, youd refuse?

how about on a piece of paper? i get ya though.

I’m not much of a groupie when I see fighters. I try (lol) to put myself in their position and be like damn what is must be like to be bothered everywhere you mostly go

            *****
But 3 boxers I’ve constantly seen on fights that haven’t changed on cam or off cam, always taking pics, signing autographs , and hanging around the PUBLIC hallways becoming ACCESSIBLE to fans is:

            -Abner Mares
            -Shawn Porter
            -Mikey Garcia
            *****

most fighters change once get belts. I could tell Spence trying real hard to still sign and take pics but still does. Jokes aside , broner from what I’ve seen in person is accessible also, he’ll sign and take pics.

That's how You deal with dumb-ass fans:
In that vid everyone (broner, Easter etc) was laughing at him and you could tell he was pissed off. They were laughing at their phones why? Because his picture of looking like a cabbage patch kid was going viral LOL.

Sure, but all boxers get that. All PEOPLE get that. People who are confident aren't bothered by criticism. People get shaken by criticism when it touches a nerve. Maybe he doesn't feel his reflexes aren't as sharp as before, that his injuries are holding him back. He doesn't look as confident to me and I think there's a self-doubt behind it.

Interesting. I'll watch this a lil closer now.

I will say his whole time outta the ring made me question his passion for boxing & if you don't got the passion for boxing I'm one of those that think you shouldn't be fighting. Getting hit in the head for money isn't a great tradeoff if you ain't in it full throttle.
