This could be complete BS, but Porter said he is fine with fighting in Dallas and is willing to fight there....While Spence said he had his choice of fighting in Dallas but chose to fight elsewhere since he's fought in Dallas in his last two fights.
He mentioned fighting in LA this Saturday at the Charlo fight which was a bit odd. But if he's getting the September 14 date? Would make some sense. I think Spence is going to do good numbers at the gate regardless of if the fight takes place in NY or LA or Vegas.
What I don't get is there are rumors of him fighting Porter on the 21st while some are saying Wilder/Ortiz for the 28th. Both can't be true.
