He’s right tho. He has no one to fight but the ones the champions defeated and beat already because no one wants to fight him. It doesn’t matter if it’s because it wouldn’t make money or not. It’s still not wanting to fight him.

Like I predicted before the fight, people would find a way to denigrate his win. Sulecki fought a close 12 round fight with Danny Jacobs, so he was a good opponent that Andrade shut out.

Andrade was willing to step in with GGG or Canelo 3 or 4 years ago. GGG didn't want to fight him or Lara, slick southpaws. Canelo waited until they stripped Andrade and then fought Liam Smith, who was basically given the title.

He fought Angulo Kirkland, Cotto, Lara, Amir Khan, Rocky Fielding, JCC Jr besides Smith. Lara made Canelo look like a fool at times, and many thought he did enough to win. Andrade is both bigger, and better than Lara.

The opportunities were there, it is just a style and level of talent he doesn't want. Like Andrade says, all he has to do is keep winning. Hopefully fight Charlo next.

I agree. They know he is a bad style match-up for them. Charlo would take the fight if DAZN and SHO can do business. Andrade is real!

This "fight" was a turning point for me. The first round was superb but the rest was a total stinker. Don't wanna watch him again.
Rather let top guys fight someone who comes to fight, not someone who comes just to stink the whole place.

Boo Boo won his title against an unknown MW, who had never fought out of Africa and defended it against Akakov and Sulecki.
Beating those guys just aint gonna create much buzz.

I want to see Andrade fight Canelo in September or next May at the latest, That would be a good fight, but the reality is that Demetrius is not a draw. These days, and for better or worse, John Q Public, if at all interested in boxing, want to see a fight and not a boxing match, and if a fighter is also a skilled boxer, ala Ray Leonard and others, so much the better.

As a good first step, Andrade needs to try and close the show when he is clearly superior to the opponent. Otherwise, folks will think that if he fights Canelo or Golovkin it will simply be a track meet. Andrade and others need to cultivate their own fan base to gain a bit of leverage in attractive the money fights. Otherwise, they bring very little to the table.

yeah right. where were this guys when 2015ggg was calling them all out because no one wants to fight him for his belt. atleast lemiuex, monroe wade and some other guys have the balls to square with him. oh yeah someone created his own division at 155. this fellah andrade was nowhere to be found when they were called out to fight. then ggg got old and everybody wants to fight him. whats more pathetic is ggg became somewhat a diva.
