It’s no secret that Mayweather paid Pac to settle the defamation lawsuit, more than what team Pac was expecting to get from him and on top of that, he had to swallow his pride and issue a statement that said he didn’t intend to suggest that Pac was using PEDs nor he had any knowledge that Pac used PEDs.

That's the Clean Boxing Program by the WBC and they use VADA when testing, but the problem is they have put little money into it and MOST fighters have yet to be tested.Also it says he has done it 4 times how many fights has he had since 2010 when he 1st started to get called out??He is NOT on the VADA 365 testing like Wilder or Donaire who pay for it out of own pockets.

The bottom line is, if that Olympic style drug testing is not mandatory in professional boxing, you cannot force professional boxers to take it. They have to make it mandatory for every single boxer first, otherwise, they don’t have to do it if they don’t want to.
