Harry Simon is scheduled to fight for the IBO and WBU 175-pound titles in September. If he wins, he hopes to fight Roy Jones. Jones apparently agreed to the fight if he’s paid $800,000.

He’s the former WBO 154 pound champ, interim WBO 160 pound champ and IBF international 175 pound champ. He’s still undefeated, although he never fought at the top level again after going to jail back in the early 2000s.
