They promoted Canelo to hand Charlo a title to please Haymon IMO. Look at their ranking the PBC bias is obvious.

They couldn't force Charlo to fight a mandatory against Canelo, that would be on DAZN and Charlo would lose. Haymon didn't want that. He's trying to sell PBC.
