Let's be honest Golden boy is a major US promoter with proven track record building stars, selling tickets, knowing the correct locations to put fights, and are the top at hammering the Latino markets. Hearn doesn't know shyt about the US the regions some of the places he puts fights make no sense. The order of the undercards make no sense. There have been too many pointless mismatches in the wrong damn cities. Golden boy in a short time has put on better fights, better cards, hell the entire archive classic fights section in DAZN is all legacy Golden boy fights. Golden boy working with a small piece of the DAZN budget and getting better results making better fights. What happens when DAZN opt out comes up with Hearn? Golden boy will be around for 5 years their deal is guaranteed, DAZN only gave Hearn 2 years they can walk after that and give more budget to Golden boy who knowsbwhat they doing or just sign up more US promoters who also know what they doing over here or sign up individual fighters.
Maybe DAZN will be jumping into the UK market in a year or two & put Eddie in charge of that where he's got proven results. Then it won't need to be some dramatic sh^t where feelings get hurt & egos get smacked around too much.Comment

I mean no doubt Canelo is far and beyond the most valuable commodity on DAZN. However, DAZN's top executives have personal relationships with Hearn and they hand picked him for a reason. But that is also what is ticking DLH off. Like my guy is the only one bringing in any money for DAZN, yet you give Hearn this big budget and give him a say in what we do? Remember, Hearn will be quick to let everyone know that he is a special advisor or whatever the hell title he uses for the boxing operating at DAZN.Comment

I honestly don’t know what DAZN’s game-plan is. It appears they’re crazily overpaying fighters and I just don’t see where they are going to get a healthy return on their investments.Comment

Absolutely, but doesn't mean Hearn doesn't have personal relationships with DAZN's executives. But I will say, remember when Hearn got quiet in the media talking about the Wilder negotiations and just in general about Wilder? That was a direct call from Skipper. No doubt the dynamics changed some once Skipper got on board.Comment

Alot of little nationalistic *****es on this forum practically praying for Hearn to fail and Oscar to succeed just because Oscar is American and Hearn is British.Comment
