DAZN need to give Oscar Eddie's money thats for damn sure. Oscar can put on a show & he's got guys mfers wanna see fight. Imagine if he had Eddie's budget who he could work out a deal simply by not acting like a smug dickhead all day when talking about other promotions.

Remember, Hearn will be quick to let everyone know that he is a special advisor or whatever the hell title he uses for the boxing operating at DAZN.
What’s De La Hoya’s relationship with DAZN? Do they have exclusive rights to GBP shows or just Canelo? Surely he’s on a similar budget to Hearn considering Canelo’s deal.

Where’s that billion gone as well? I mean who’s Hearn really signed? Farmer, Andrade, Roman. All the other guys are on co-promotional deals like Usyk, Sor Rungvisai, Parker etc.

I’m honestly not too sure, I don’t pay huge attention to the financial side of boxing, everyone seems to have an opinion yet nobody seems to know the genuine facts and figures.

It just seems ESPN and PBC are doing far better numbers than DAZN which is expected as DAZN is only starting up. But if DAZN want to continue to grow and want to succeed in the boxing industry they need De La Hoya and Hearn to work cohesively as opposed to being at each other’s throats over petty sh**.

No, GBP has separate dates on DAZN not involving Canelo.

Co-promotional deals or not, they are still his shows. And he's signed some really good young prospects recently like Haney.

No way does GBP have a similar budget on shows not including Canelo. If he did, he would be the one signing guys like Estrada and other prospects like Haney.

Other fighters and promoters are literally saying we could make deals with your network or your fighters if you were not involved. And now this loud mouth may cost his own fighters a fight with Canelo because of his big mouth. Skipper needs to worry about Hearn and remember the report about the opt out clause DAZN has after 2 years with Matchroom. What do you need Matchroom for when Golden boy puts on better shows and is driving subscriptions? Hearn should worry about his own shaky standing with DAZN.
The only fighter driving Dazn subscriptions is Canelo. So besides him nobody is driving subscriptions on the Golden Boy roster.

In regards of Golden Boy having better cards, this is just chit you made up. Hearns April card in L.A is still the best card this year on any network.

If DAZN knew in hindsight that HBO was going to remove boxing from their product portfolio. They surely would have looked to make a deal with Oscar before Eddie. Unfortunately for them, GBP was locked to HBO when they were first looking to enter the US boxing market.

That was a great card but it’s not going to draw money. I love Estrada and SSR but they’re not going to drive subscriptions.

You must be new to boxing. Oscar filed a lawsuit against Haymon and refused to work with Arum for a while. Then there's his beef with with Richard Schaefer, Floyd Mayweather/Leonard Ellerbe (Mayweather Promotions) and Dana White.

With all these co promotional deals though, what authority does he really have? I’m sure Zanfer will still have more control over Estrada’s career than matchroom. It kinda feels like DAZN are employing fighters like independent contractors. For instance guys like Beterbiev and Bivol were signed co promotionally and are now going elsewhere.
