The WBC is the most corrupt of all the organizations. They dont even try to hide it any more. But why would they there is nobody to stop these guys doing what they want these days.Comment

Canelo as well as Floyd are both fighting champions almost every fight, I can see if you criticize Stevenson but not these 2Comment

Exactly that is the larger point. They are consistently fighting world champs, and better fighters. Do you know how trash both of their careers would look like if they only fought their mandatories and top ranked fighters that whatever corrupt belt org they had at the time was dictating? Hell we mock GGG for fighting tomato cans and bums while he was doing just that... fighting mandatories and top ranked guys for belts he had. Guys that mostly were not universally considered a top 10 Middleweight. Fans were demanding he fight better guys and he said nope I will fight who the WBA and IBF have ranked and look how his resume turned out.
All the belt orgs are corrupt and what the WBC is doing now is nothing knew they let Floyd fight whoever the phuk he wanted. They invented a new weight class and created a new belt just for Leonard fight with Lalonde fight which was essentially a catchweight fight forcing Lalonde to drop to 168 when he was a 175lb fighter. lol
The WBC let him defend this world title 2 times none against mandatories in fights that weren't even at the 168lb limit, once even letting him defend it at a fight scheduled at the full 160lb middleweight limit. That's right the "Super-Middleweight" championship of the world at the Middleweight limit. lolComment

Nice try but Floyd was never given a "franchise belt."
That's something the WBC pulled out of their ass just for Canelo.Comment

Neither Mayweather or Pacquiao were ordered to fight mandatories when they were the biggest names in the sport.Comment
