What would you think of GGG-Eubank

They tried to make the fight before and it fell through but it seems doable.

Eubank is with matchroom which has ties to DAZN and GGG obviously was willing to fight him before.

I think it would be a very popular fight and Eubank would definitely be a suitable opponent for Golovkin. I think he would also offer less risk when compared to Andrade but I don’t think the casual boxing fan will know that.

Back then, it would have been a horrible match up for eubank jr. His style is made for GGG. Eubank comes forward, doesn't know how to control distance, horrible active guard and no game plan other than endless attack with some head movement thrown in there for show. It would have ended badly for eubank jr, and his dad knows it, so they pulled out and made outlandish demands to eddie hearns.

            at what weight ?

if at 164..... then I will laugh my fkn ass off

if at 168..... then I will think the same as when they tried to make that fight last time..... that Eubank is clearly not the best available opponent

it would be an excuse for Golovkin to pass on guys like Charlo/Andrade, in favor of a much easier opponent who cannot even legitimately be described as a money-fight

Eubank would just be a continuation of their low-risk/low-reward matchmaking

Eubank has neither the power nor the skill to hold GGG off.

I hate to say it because i despise Eubank, but i think at this stage he gives Golovkin a very entertaining fight.Hes workrate and speed is good and hes chin seems decent. We know Andrade would seek to run and spoil. This is actually a more watchable fight.

I hink it's a good fight but as a GGG fan I don't like it for right now. I want GGG's next fight to be against a world champion so if he wins he is a champion again. My favorite fight for him is with Canelo. It looks like Canelo will chicken out of that fight but maybe he will do the right thing and give GGG a chance to win back the belts he lost on a debatable home town decision. I know Canelo doesn't live in Vegas but that is his fighting home town where he gets very generous scoring. Canelo knows very well that GGG will be a hard fight. The stuff about GGG needing to win a world title to get a chance to win his belts is nonsense. GGG is THE number 1 challenger to Canelo by boxrec, Ring magazine and all the alphabet groups. The ex champ and number one contender doesn't need to win a belt to get a fight with the champ. Canelo had NO BELTS when he got two chances at GGG's belts. Even if GGG had defeated Andrade Canelo still would not fight him to try to become the unified champion. Is Canelo's next fight going to be with the WBO middleweight champion? I doubt it. My next favorite fight for GGG would be against the WBO middleweight champion. If GGG wins that fight he becomes the full WBO middleweight champ not some jr champion under Canelo. My next favorite fight for GGG would be against Callum Smith who is the man at 168. If not Smith then Saunders for the WBO 168 pound title. If no fights at 168 then GGG should fight Jermall who is now the full WBC middleweight champ. After GGG hopefully is a champion again a fight with Eubank would be excellent. I think Eubank is a very good underrated fighter just coming into his peak as he showed last fight.
