Good luck. I don’t exactly rate Chamberlain but he got completely frozen out by the Matchroom brass, he’d been trying to get out of his Matchroom deal for a few months as they essentially just wanted to shelve him, glad he’s finally managed to do so and has moved on to pastures new.

idk why Haymon would sign this guy. He'll never even come close to a world title and he isn't very exciting.

Think he wore out his welcome with the UK promoters, turning down fights, being a general tit. Like Eubank Jr, Haymon sweeping up the end of the line guys.

At least Eubank is exciting and sells tickets. Haymon signing Chamberlain is very random.

I don't think that's the plan. Chamberlain is an unemployed fighter and he needs some work. As long as his contract is free and clear why not sign him & put him on some cards to see what he can do? He can always be an opponent for a prospect or contender

Why? Who the hell is he gonna have him fight? PBC doesn't have any cruiserweights and Chamberlain certainly isn't a guy that you're going to build as some draw himself. He's not even a top 5 200 lb'er in England and the British scene sucks at cruiser. Not only that, but he was also in one of the worst fights of the decade against Okolie.
