It doesn't matter how many punches he missed if he landed more and better punches he won the fight. You get credit for the punches you land not the punches that missed you. If you aren't throwing punches and your opponent is throwing punches and landing some of them then he is making the fight and winning. The polls mean everything. They tell you who the public think won the fight. Your single opinion is that of a very bias fan who loves Mexicans and calls GGG a diva. Your solo opinion is the one that means nothing because you will favor the Mexican every time. You always bring up GGG's face. He had facial damage and so did Canelo. It has nothing to do with how the fight is scored and if you knew anything you would know that. I have never seen judges looked the boxer's faces over and declare a winner based on facial damage. They score by clean effective punches landed. Some guys cut easier than others.

GGG took an easy fight because he was expecting to fight Canelo in three months and didn't want a harder fight so close to fighting Canelo who would have had a much longer rest. It's called an even playing field. Had he known Canelo would chicken out he probably would have fought Andrade. If Canelo doesn't fight him he will probably fight whoever is the WBO champ if they are available. Andrade is not that good and I doubt many really think he can beat any of the 5 best middleweights.

Says the GGG fanboy... if Andrade isn’t that good, why didn’t GGG fight him? Andrade wanted GGG. GGg chose Rolls.

        You’z dumb mayne

Dont give a **** if Canelo and GGG fight next or not. The third fight will take place when the two of them are ready. What i do not want to see is canelo or ggg fighting no-hopers and out matched fighters regardless of what weights they agree on. They are both champion level boxers and should fight top quality opponents. Canelo charlo, canelo andrade, ggg charlo, ggg andrade. Either rematching Daniel Jacobs ever again is rather a moot point. But at least keep the competition in the top ten of the mw and or smw divisions.

Expect a forced mando from either the WBC or WBO after Saturday. DAZN is now pulling the strings for whom GGG will fight. GGG brought that upon himself. He shouldn’t paraded that DAZN was Canelo’s boss. We now just seen what’s been conspired.
I find it hilarious how every Gennady cheerleader (except the poster before me) doesn't want the Jermall fight to happen yet wouldnt mind a matchup against Munguia ffs they b!tch & want Canelo to fight JerMall, Andrade, Mundo even GOD

Because GGG fans don't like tough fights.

This is all about money, not “ducking.” Charlo wasn’t even in a narrative to fight Canelo when the WBC been forcing GGG vs Charlo

Imo, Jermall Charlo is an easier fight for GGG than Andrade. Jermall will finally feel what it’s like to be hit outside of Texas, as he did with Korobov. With Andrade, only my boy Canelo Can handle the bidness and Ring IQ.
If it’s all about money, shouldn’t the pressure be on canelo to fight ggg?

Floyd was never pressured with mandos while holding 147-154 WBA WBC. It’s just general hate towards Canelo even though Charlo wasn’t even the narrative, meanwhile Canelo has interest in Smith and Kovalev.

                  Easy work
I'd love to see those. If not, he can fight any can he wants between 160 and 168. I don't wanna see a 3rd fight.

Golovkin-Charlo would be a good tier 2 middleweight fight. I don't know who would win, but I'll go with Charlo for now.

In fact, DAZN would probably rather have GGG fights guys who don’t have a chance until the third Canelo fight is made.
He's done that a couple of times already, in a short period: Rolls and Vanes. Some posters here say that sums up Golovkin's whole career at 37/38. I agree with that thinking.

What's the most memorable, legacy defining, wow GGG fight? None.

I wouldn't mind GGG concluding his career as he started it, feasting on cans. Good money made but really nothing else, boxing wise. It was all hype.

Golovkin stopped being the terminator the moment he stepped up to a B- level, semi-slick boxer like Jacobs.
