Let’s talk ourselves into Selby

I don’t believe he’ll win but let’s talk ourselves into it because we hate Adrien Broner.

Yes, Broner is probably too big, too fast and too athletic. If he can hurt welterweights with a big shot, there’s a chance he might just overpower Selby and win in brutal fashion.

But Broner has been puzzled by elite level boxers and looked to be a class below them. Is there a chance Selby is that? He did push Warrington to the limit, who’s arguably the best featherweight in the world. Some would say he did better than Carl Frampton, who at one time was a borderline top 10 p4p type guy. Selby is about the same height and has about the same reach as Broner. Is there a chance Selby is a class above him? Could he win a boxing match and avoid being run over?

Im not saying it’s going to happen but I want it too. Talk me into it.

It'll be on one of the PBC PPV undercards and ill end up watching this nonsense so sure here it goes... Broner is not active and maybe Selby can outwork him and.... nah screw it this is dumb but ill be drinking and end up watching it

The easiest way to look at any opponent can beat Broner is simple: There's a clear gameplan that beats Broner. Throw a lot of punches and hope to be able to take Broner's best punch. Broner simply doesn't throw enough and allows his opponents to outwork him

Selby will get injured a week before the fight, and Broner will say "*** it, just find me a replacement. I'll fight anybody." And the fight will be Broner vs. TBA up til the day of the weigh-in. Then they'll bring his opponent out on the stage in a black robe, and when they pull back the hood it'll be Marcos Maidana.

I've seen Selby in the gyms .
Too small to trouble Broner IMO .
Broner will do him like he did Rees and DeMarco .
