I am not comparing andrade to thurman. Listen here this is an easy concept that thurman just explained..even thurman with all his accomplishments, understands, that having a belt, gives a fighter more leverage, and consideration, and merit to be chosen for a fight.

Let's not be confused, canelo is doing the choosing. Why, because he had a the belts and he is winning against the top competition.

Sure, the fights are close. It's the echelon of the fight game. It's not fighting Bums, where you can easily.knock them out in spectacular fashion. Nay the echelon is ruled by those that persevere and those that win the race by .0005 seconds. Just like in all high levels of completions.

And ggg just couldn't beat canelo. You get hit in the face as cleanly and flush and repeatedly as ggg did by canelo, you shouldn't be wondering why you lost. That's a travesty in attitude.

"hell of a beating" as you said is an exaggeration. I gave you examples of real beatings. Facial bruising happens in boxing and isn't indicative of an actual beat down. It actually happens during sparring and even drills. Guess you don't that.

are you aware that ggg hit canelo in the face significantly more than the other way around? Are you aware that of the 50 press row scorecards, only 2 scored it for Canelo? Even less thought canelo won the first fight. As far as leverage, sure a title helps, but you do know that public demand and interest for a fight Trumps all of that right? Why was mayweather vs McGregor the 2nd biggest ppv of all time despite no belts being on the line? Because of public interest. End of the day, the biggest option for Canelo when it comes to public interest is ggg. Not Andrade, not Smith, not Saunders, or anyoje else. Canelo vs ggg 3 draws more views than any of those options and it's not even close.

I think you are over estimating the demand. Most people are like eh, ggg will only do worse every fight. Andrade vs canelo is fresh. Charlo vs canelo is fresh. Saunders vs canelo is fresh. Ggg vs canelo is like, why. Who cares.. Canelo showed he is way more highly skilled. No one doubts that. As for the fake news? They aren't judges. What makes them experts? Think with your noggin.

yeah because judges have been proven to be reliable in canelo fights right? He gets more ridiculous scorecards than anyone in boxing history. But if you want to go that route, again, he only beat ggg because he was given a close 12th round that many thought he lost. If Canelo isn't given that round, it's a majority draw. So again, whether you want to face it or not, Canelo won a close and controversial decision. He still hasn't beaten ggg cleanly and when it comes to demand, only real boxing fans only know who Andrade is. Casuals have no clue and like it or not, casual support is needed to take a fight to the next level financially.

again, your perception of how good Canelo is and what constitutes a beating is warped. I get it, you love Canelo and
Probably watch his fights on your couch with a Canelo tee on and yell "yayyyyy Nelo" at your TV. No amount of cheerleading can change the truth of what happened in the ring. And what happened was a close disputed decision for Canelo that many didn't think he won..... Against a 36 yr old fighter. I don't know but elite talents should be able to dominate a 36 yr old when they're 28. I mean, it's not like he was fighting 36 yr old Hopkins. Ggg is a basic plodder as team Canelo says.

So now the waiting out period begins. Put GGG on ice until he ages out before allowing a rematch. Pray to God someone else like Charlo or Andrade either beat him first or at least soften him up. Welcome to Floyd 2.0.
