Spence: If Crawford wants 50/50 he dont want the fight

LOL, im a fan of Spence but he is ducking Crawford. Make the fight, or atleast try. Spence is scared. And he should be cuz Crawford takes him to school. All these PBC fighters who could make the fights ALL the fans want end up talking about it being down the line when there is no reason at all why these fights couldnt happen right now. Ive seen the same scenario up and down the divisions for years now when it comes to these PBC fighters. Can anybody tell me what reasons there are why Crawford and Spence couldnt meet next? Or earlier this year? Last year?

Its a bit like with Wilder and AJ. There has been no reason what so ever why that fight couldnt of happened by now and its the same PBC fighter turning down all the offers, countering with nothing and lining up inhouse or other fights when there was no reason what so ever why that fight could not of happened by now.

Mmmm ... in the same world as a guy with zero PPV fights and 1 title belt, who's highest purse was $3.5million, was worth 40/60 against another guy with multiple PPV fights and 3 title belts, who's average purse was around £25million.

In other words, for PBC fans who claimed that Wilder was worth 40/60 against AJ to say that Crawford isn't worth 50/50 against Spence is extremely hypocritical.

I always rated Spence over Crawford but I feel it is a close fight now...to me both guys are about the same 'star' level...which is not very high unfortunately...maybe Spence should get 60-40 if he has more belts...but based on drawing power neither guy is really a draw imo, which sucks because they are top 5 pfp probably in my view.

Before anyone mentions Spence's numbers with Mikey...I think Mikey was driving that train...and if Porter-Spence is on PPV I will be surprised if it does over 100k honestly.

Sucks we never get the fights we really want to see, when we want to see them.

I don't want to hear those excuses. I have no hatred for the PBC. I dislike them just as much for their actions as I do other promotional companies. Those PPV numbers were higher for Spence because he fought an opponent with a big fanbase. I think Spence Vs Khan or Spence Vs Postol on ppv really wouldn't do much higher than Crawford did. Crawford is arguably p4p #1. Spence is not viewed in that same manner yet. 50/50 is fair, Spence is making tons of excuses for the fight not happening. It's disappointing. He isn't the fighter I thought he was. You can sit here making excuses for him...I'm not in to that. Have a fun day

Crawford doesn't have the options Spence has, and Spence is coming off a big PPV. How is this going to work, though? Is Crawford going to go do a PBC on Fox PPV? I'd expect Crawford to likely get some percentage in his favor since he's the one going to the rival network/promoter in this deal.

Somewhere between 60-40 and 55-45 Spence's favor, PBC on Fox PPV gets it done.

He also says he doesn't see the Crawford fight happening before he fights the winner of Pacquiao/Thurman. But if the winner of that fight is talking about fighting late 2020 he'll fight Crawford then move up
