These commissions need to stop approving these mismatches. This was always gonna be the result of this fight.

Very good card. That was truly unexpected. Nice Sunday night.

Cool...yep I agree...both of the Charlos do and that makes them a live dog against anyone in their weight classes imo...but against most top guys I would make them the 'dog' since I just don't see them at the level boxing-wise of Canelo, GGG etc...Jermell may be top dog at 154 right now but at the top it is kind of thin and if he is the top dog it isn't by much.

I rate GGG about as high as anyone but I would enjoy seeing him vs the 160 Charlo...would be a good contrast of styles and interesting to see if the young athlete could find on a shot on the old boxer. My 2 cents anyway.

I agree it was a lot closer in my next few watches to make sense of the scores. I just didn’t see enough assertiveness by Harrison and then gave the victory to Charlo by one round. It was def close

I think both Charlos are at the point now where if a guy can't compete physically with them they will get them out of there pretty early...but if the fight goes on and they can't easily get through to the guy, they have a decent chance of getting outboxed...makes them interesting/exciting fighters imo

Let's see what happens against Harrison in the rematch.
Exactly! Doesn't seem to have learned anything since he lost his belt. Just stays within range and not using a stiff jab etc.. Nice ko, but he needs some better sparring partners & a better coach. This win won't motivate him to add the tools he needs, but at least he didn't smother his own punches by falling in or getting to close.

I was watching his fight with Trout the other night and thought to myself these twins are lucky they aren’t in Tito Trinidads time. He would’ve blasted both of them out.
