Joshua can move around well enough to win rounds, I gave him 4 clear rounds where Ruiz couldn't close the distance effectively. Jab to the body worked especially well.

Joshua has to disciplined enough resist the temptation to step in and trade, and be well enough conditioned to "box" for the full 12.

I have my doubts as to whether he can do it, but that's the path to victory if he is to win imo.

Parker has some good points in the general idea of both fights, but the victory was because of the friendly judges, Ruiz beats him in the states, should they fight the same way again.

4 clear rounds my foot. Thank God your not a judge. The rounds were anything but clear. Problem is Joshua tries to be too clever by boxing yet he is not good at it. Shouldn't be running round the ring scared of a smaller man as though he is Mayweather. He aint good fighting on the back foot at all. The only way he wins this fight is by stamping his authority behind the Jab and make Ruiz gain respect of his single shots. He should learn to manoeuvre Ruiz when in close quarters i.e elbows (ala Mayweather), leaning on him( ala Klitschko) to discourage Ruiz coming forward.

This is definatley a wilder fan girl site so you might as well talk to a rock when replying to them bc they don't talk facts and know little . lol

I gave Joshua 3 rounds but its neither here nor there, the fact is Joshua has had very poor sparring work forever and was always under prepared in that area bringing in last minute guys and not proper ones for the opponent to simulate them. He brought Joey D in a week prior and did heavy sparring, not only was Joey D the best sparring partner but he was the least used in the final week a week he shouldn't be sparring anyway ???? lol

It doesn't matter a better prepared Joshua not going to Miami and getting actual correct guys to spar with ( Bakole is his main one he uses should tell you something ) will defeat Ruiz and the forum will go back to being slightly less ******...SLIGHTLY.

              ...pretty much sums it up.
Pretty much, plus Joshua for whatever reason couldn't recover from the first knockdown. Think people forget that Parker gave Joshua a harder fight than the scorecards suggested. Ruiz Vs. AJ rematch will be much more different.

It was the rest of his repertoire that was off.

It's true what they say about this site. It's just a PBC/Wilder groupie site with zero objectivity with the exception of a few.
He actually looked like crap trying fight off his back foot from very beginning round and has always looked like crap fighting that way..... his stance and robotic will always be his downfall not to mention having all those muscles saps his stamina to fast

                    Not at all.

It was a close fight that Parker edged. Even Ruiz admitted he didn’t do enough.

Curious to know which 4 rounds you scored clear for aj I could only give him two with one of them being a toss up round
