Could Sebastian Fundora beat the top 154 fighters soon?

Sebastian is still only 13-0, but he seems like he's got great skills and uses his height well and also has a good chin. It may be early yet to predict how he'd do against Charlo or Hurd or J-Rock or slick Tony Harrison. He destroys C+ level fighters with ease though.

He looks good but it's very early to tell. Boxrec ranks him 151st in the world. His last three opponents were ranked 808th with 20% KOs, 422nd with 55% KOs and 232nd with 20% KOs. With such weak opposition it's hard to tell how good he is or how good his chin is. When he fights guys in the top 50 or even the top 100 who can fight and punch it will be easier to tell how good he really is. He looks good so far.
