    Ibragimov Gets Ready For Austin

HOLLYWOOD, FL – For many European fighters, boxing is simply a sport, a competitive contest between two athletes, and nothing more. Unbeaten heavyweight contender Sultan Ibragimov doesn’t subscribe to that school of thought. For him, boxing is his life – it’s what has allowed him to rise from the streets of Russia and be one victory away from fighting for the sport’s most prestigious prize, the world heavyweight championship. I have never seen this Ibragimov although I hear his style is much different than Timor's. What are people's thoughts on him as a contender in the HW division. IMO Austin is not a real contender. He is still an exciting puncher but he is over the hill. But then again this is the HW division.

Just hope that he is nothing like his loser cousin. Sultan looked great against Whitaker but Ray Austin is a whole different animal. This fight will prove to the world whether Sultan has the ballz to compete.

I am looking foward to this fight. Austin is decent, but Sultan is something special at HW.

It would be really funny if this Ibragimov ****** as bad as the other one. I can't recall seeing a more pathetic performance by a fighter in YEARS than Timur Ibragimov against Calvin Brock. Seriously, I have respect for a guy that gets KO'ed in 30 seconds to a superior opponent than one who refuses to fight period. A lot of people were saying Timur was good, so I found that really funny. His brother better be 5x the fighter he is if he even wants to be considered DECENT.

I thought Sultan was fighting Ruiz??? Oh well. Maybe now Ruiz should fight Klitschko... It would be a safer fight than Briggs plus Ruiz is more deserving of it since he got robbed against Valuev.
