only because he was the first live body Calzaghe had faced since Charles Brewer 4 years ago. you wanna talk about somebody ducking big fights, Calzaghe is your man, yet I don't hear his fans complaining. Mayweather has destroyed far better opposition than Calzaghe has ever even thought about facing, and that is a fact.

Margarito is a bad-ass and a bigger and nastier version of Castillo.

Castillo is without a doubt the toughest fight of PBF. PBF clearly lost the first fight on account of punches landed alone and who did the more effective damage. PBF basically ran all night and did pillow punches to Castillo.

The Castillo-type of opponents is what PBF doesn't want to face. The type who has one-punch KO power, a stamina which can press you all night and a solid chin which can laugh off basically all your punches. PBF knows this. His pillow punches won't do much against a huge welter in Margo. And his best chance is a UD. Losing to Margo now would be disaster for PBF.

It is understandable why PBF doesnt want this fight even though he's being offered 8 million dollars, his biggest payday yet. In his mind, he knows that he can beat Marga and take him to school but he also knows Marga's skills, his stamina which will swarm him all night, his punching power in which just a flush can change everything and his chin which will probably shrug off most if not all of PBF's shots.

I do admire PBF but all the PBF fans should realize that no amount of excuses will suffice. PBF is being offered 8 mil just to fight Marga, 8 mil is his biggest payday and Marga is considered a very dangerous opponent for him. If PBF loses to Marga, it will be a very big disaster for him and his reputation.

But in my opinion, if you really want to prove your the best, then you prove it against EVERYBODY. And that includes proving it to Margarito.
