Andrade himself isn’t a big deal. Just like Wilder wouldn’t be a big deal without his belt.
GGG doesn’t have a belt and Canelo already took his 0, his titles, and his legacy.
The division is already unified. The current MW title that Canelo holds has twenty years of unbroken lineage. And if you care about title belts, which I don’t. When Hopkins KO’d DLH, he unified all four major belts. Since the lineage has never been broken, all the title belts floating around were won in a bogus manner. So no need for pointless fights against paper trinket holders like Andrade. And a convincing win over GGG does a helluva lot more for Canelo’s legacy.

I won’t even address any of the other ******ity in your post.

Doesn’t matter about Byrd, it’s still 3 judges. Casuals probably don’t know how to finalize decisions. You need at least two judges for a win.

Canelo’s punch stats are set in stone. The controversy will forever follow GGG with his mere jab output with most of them missing just to look busy. Now if Canelo didn’t have answers for punch stats then it would be a case, but Trella and Moretti proved it was close.

Canelo doesn’t even get credit for his second style. Canelo’s boxing technique will be studied for generations to come. GGG not much because he just coasted at 160 forever. We’ll never know how his skills would’ve played at higher weights. Damn shame and waste of time. It’s called puss e.

Only GGG’s 12 groupies here still complain about the Canelo fights. Everyone else has moved on.
It does enhance his legacy to hold all 4 alphabet titles at one time even though he is already lineal champ. It’s a stated goal of his. It would mean more than a 3rd fight with GGG he would be favored to win.

I personally have Canelo and GGG splitting their two fights. I’ve also been one of the biggest GGG critics on this site. So miss me with that groupie s.hit. The reality is nothing has been settled between the two. Also, if you think beating Andrade, who’s beaten absolutely nobody relevant at MW, is a bigger win for Canelo than beating the next best MW of his era, you’re a dumbass.

Fake news. Abel said he had it a draw and then said he had it 7-5 GGG.

But how come Mexican boxers beat up Argentinian boxers? Hoping for Eastern Euros to do the job is wishful thinking.

If you think beating a guy he already beat and a year older is more important than his stated goal of holding all the MW titles to enhance his legacy, then your just a fkn idiot.

The Whitaker, Chavez fight was competitive. I think Whitaker won, but I would not call it a robbery. A robbery is when one fighter beats another from pillar to post and is not declared the winner. I think that Trinidad lost to De La Hoya, but it was close so I don't argue that De La Hoya was robbed. Similarly, the Jacobs v. Golovkin fight was close. Some believe Jacobs should have been given the decision, but he was not "robbed."

Which Mexican fighter has beaten an Eastern Euro?
