Daniel is young enough to learn learn iron out any flaws big frank had and becomes better than him
It is a myth that he would disappear as soon as he was hurt 'Bruno' but I agree yes, once he was badly hurt 'Survival mechanisms where limited'. He fought what some say? The last of a peak Mike Tyson, hard for 5 rounds. None of the world champions I mentioned had easy nights with him, his best performance for me was up against Lennox Lewis 'Jab vs Jab, it was a text book fight until 'Lewis' just fought on instinct.

Lewis was much a better boxer imo. Possibly the best ever overall. Bruno would be very good for today's standards, at least as good as AJ, but probably with better technique. Fury is better, tho.

Unfortunately to me at the time i felt lewis wanted to take him into the later rounds. Great heahyweight fight for uk, interstingly is bruno who was considered a beast weighed in at 238, thats actually fairly light these days lol

Well it is light but 'That was all solid mass, lets not forget that' ? Apart from Anthony Joshua, show me any other super-heavyweight now in this era who is lean and in condition? Does Dillian Whyte have the level of conditioning of Bruno or Lewis? Nope, he as gone backwards in terms of his conditioning in my opinion 'Ever since he has been gassed by all of this sport science'

If Andy Ruiz was all solid mass, he would probably be 220 pounds, Tyson Fury at 6"9 would also be 240+. 'But this does not mean they are not in condition, I am just point out that Bruno was all solid mass'

Sure, there is a lot of big guys around these days, but I don't think they should be piping up 'Trying to make out that they are giants'.

That was just an interesting fact, i know fine well how solid or conditioned a boxer is means absoutely nothing, you can either fight or you cant your in shape or you arent.

Mike & Bruno went at it like superheroes! Talk about exciting! But like Joshua, Bruno made love to his weights and ended up too muscular and faded in both fights

Dubois really needs to start sitting down on his punches, in all his fights I've seen so far, he appears to be tentative, a little unsure of himself which eventually will catch up with him once he reaches a certain level of fighter. (which could well be Gorman)

He definitely needs to learn how to fire up and 'punch with evil intentions'.

Bruno was a very decent boxer - great fundamentals and technique.

His weakness was mainly around stamina and confidence.

He was a VERY deserving WBC Champion and someone like Dubois could learn a huge amount from him.
