I'd honestly kind of enjoy seeing Paulie edge this, if only because the only thing more satisfying than seeing the egregious trash talker fed humble pie is...seeing the solemn, yawn-inducing pillar of self-righteousness fail to deliver on doing all his talking in the ring. If you accept that 50% of pre-fight campaigns have reached cartoonish proportions in terms of trash talk, it's hard to get very emotionally invested in the "bad guy" receiving his comeuppance when it's all clearly just so much theater to sell PPVs.

Who the hell is Lobov? I have no interest in this bare knuckle stuff. Has this Lobov ever Boxed anywhere near the level that Paulie has? I have no doubt that Paulie with bare knuckles can hit hard enough to slice a mans face up if the opponent cant get anywhere near him cuz hes never fought at anywhere near the level of a Paulie Malignaggi.

Honestly yeah, I’m rooting for him to do just that. Paulie’s behaviour has been pathetic- it’s like he’s trying to work from the trash talk playbooks of Duran and Mayorga, only those two were hard men who fought toe to toe in every fight and not annoying, weedy little punks with china fists.
