WBC Guy talks around the 9 minute mark about how Big Baby had twice denied entry into the WBC Clean Boxing program previous to his 3 different substances positive tests for the Anthony Joshua fight.

He also had a positive test when he was kickboxing.

Is this mfer just a lifelong career PED user?

Likely I'd imagine. That said it's my belief that if someone has the mentality that cheating is acceptable in the first place then being caught is unlikely to stop them trying again if they believe they can get away with it.
