Charles martin height 6'5, not really a step up tho, pulev height 6'4 a step up, decent boxing IQ and decent punch, jarrell Miller height 6'4 a step up, decent skills, good stamina but not a big hitter really. Tyson fury can outbox all 3 and probs late stoppage of Martin and pulev too, miller would lose on points.

I think they have agreed in principle, if they come through their next fights.

Arum just did an interview with that Helen Yee and said it’ll be a joint broadcast PPV between ESPN and Fox.

I’d say it’s basically happening if neither lose. Even Tyson’s trainer has said he’s purposely matching him with taller opponents before the rematch. I doubt he would be that conscious if they were unsure if the fight was happening. I think they all know it’s essentially a done deal as long as nobody loses.
