He's angry at the MMA fans because they had a joke at his expense during the McGregor situation.

McGregor is the only reason this fight is happening. Paulie uploads videos of himself spitting at painting of McGregor on a wall. That's pretty much the selling point of this fight.
Lobov's link to McGregor is the only interest he brings. He doesn't have many fans himself. Whenever there is a story on Lobov, all the comments from MMA fans consist of them calling him the GOAT. They have a little joke at his expense too.
