12.5 to fight a pie!? That's darn good money if true. I don't believe it, but props if I'm wrong
Fury guaranteed $12.5 mil for tonight's fight.

Vegas is f******* expensive and he's not a ticket seller like Joshua or Hatton. Not at the prices his tickets are going for
Looking at this looks like they've closed the bulk of the arena off and there's still plenty available. pic.twitter.com/ISap0F6JT4

These tickets are probably 70% off today.
And why aren't the Brits traveling to see him?Comment

If he's getting 12.5M for tonight I'd be surprised to learn Bob didn't lose money on this one. Bob will be grumpy as f#ck tomorrow. He's a bean counter promoter who don't like losing money on any show.Comment

Why wouldn't it be true? I mean we pretty much knew about it the day Fury signed with ESPN.
Can't compare a WW who's not a huge draw to a HW. I mean 12.5M for someone like Schwarz is obviously not ideal, but ESPN badly wanted to get in the HW mix and this is a long play to get fights like Wilder and Joshua.
Crawford is getting some great pay days himself, even if they aren't 12.5M level pay days.Comment

Not bad for Fury. Schwartz should of gotten more .... s*** crazy.
Crawford going to demand more. Fighting Kell Brook in UK will likely get itComment

From all reports, this was ESPN's call to get Fury. Arum just doing what he was told to do. I don't see how he would be losing money though. I actually never understood what that meant when you are dealing with these high pay days. How was he going to cover for this anyways? You get a license fee from a network and that's how you pay the fighter. ESPN increased their boxing budget to like 90M. Arum is fine.Comment

If Bob is spending more on this fight than he's making I see it as losing money. Idc if ESPN gave him the money or not. And Bob don't like losing money. From all reports, this was ESPN's call to get Fury. Arum just doing what he was told to do. I don't see how he would be losing money though. I actually never understood what that meant when you are dealing with these high pay days. How was he going to cover for this anyways? Unless you are suggesting Arum is only paying him the 1M & ESPN is covering the other 11.5M or something directly. So Arum just needs to make a mill to break even basically than okay he probably isn't taking an L here, but I doubt thats how this deal is working.
Or maybe Arum is being un-Arum-like & they see this like the Floyd vs Guerrera part of the Floyd Showtime situation of this Fury deal & they are making their money with the Wilder sequel & trilogy fight.Comment
