Who will rank higher in history: Canelo or Golovkin?

After 2 close fights, if there's no 3rd fight, history will show Alvarez wasn't willing to fight a 3rd time.
Fans will see this according to their bias.
Either Alvarez's agenda didn't include Golovkin or that he ducked.Comment

Canelo, but I’m not sure why people would be concerned with this when both guys are still active and should be fighting each other. We could be discussing who will win their fight in September if the fight was actually happening, not looking for some other way to compare them.Comment

I think GGG is a little better and I don't think Canelo can change that. They had two fights and I think GGG won both fights. In the first fight Canelo was a prime 27 and GGG was an old 35. In the 2nd fight Canelo was a prime 28 and GGG was an even older 36. When a boxer many years past his prime edges out an 8 year younger boxer in his prime I say the older boxer is better.Comment

Yes because the overwhelming amount of boxers/athletes are either retired or perform at a lesser level once in their mid 30's. Golovkin was already showing decline in 2016 and even Hopkins took notice and was making comments. They knew what they were doing by waiting Golovkin out.Comment
