Comments Thread For: Andy Ruiz's Coach: Joshua Should NOT Do a Direct Rematch

If Manny Robles was the trainer of Anthony Joshua, he would not be taking the direct rematch with Andy Ruiz, but he is not the coach of the Briton. Robles is the head trainer of Ruiz, and he welcomes a direct rematch between the two at the end of the year.

I don't wanna hear no excuses if AJ wins the rematch convincingly.

He's jumping straight back into the fire and nobody is giving him a shot.

    Warrior.

That brave Mexican wants to extend his 15 minutes for as long as possible. Who can blame him ?

      AJ getting the belts back.

Ruiz has better stamina, skills, and speed. All joshua has strength.

When Joshua butchers Ruiz in the rematch I’m sure there be excuses on Ruiz and why he lost.
Joshua obviously knows something was not right that night otherwise he would be taking it slow on his return.
Something was off last fight and you only have to look at him in the ring before the fight....something off key for sure

And that’s all Joshua needs. People never bring up how Ruiz was never out on the canvas before facing Joshua. But still aj has a y’all order in front of him.

Hearn knows they have to do the rematch now or they will never see those belts again. Haymon probably already has wilder vs Ruiz signed and sealed allready with a trilogy even if wilder was to knock Ruiz cold all 3 times or vice versa.

They more than likely put the fury fight on the bench too.

Ruiz will fight like a prime mike tyson in the rematch, all guns blazing, He knows all it takes is one decent shot, Joshua cant fight on the backfoot, doesnt know how to deal with being pressured. Ruiz took a flush 2 punch combo, went down was never hurt, took a flush straight right on the chin, didnt move him. Ruiz is all wrong fro AJ. Confidence levels will be sky hight for Ruiz, for AJ the opposite. Way more pressure on AJ this time round then in 1st fight, no one knows how AJ will respond in the ring following a defeat.
