Couple ways to interpret Teo hiring a dietitian:

1) dayum, can't keep making 135 any more, need a hail mary, hope it works
2) determined to stay at 135 into 2020 and going to make sure it happens using whatever help I can get

Still can't see Commey being on board for fighting Teo ahead of Loma, but Commey v Teo would sure be worth looking forward to if it were to happen - Teo's first test vs a top level opponent (don't know too much about Nakatani, or 'Attacky' as Teo called him).
