dazn by the way doesnt really reveal numbers (other than for the canelo vs jacobs fight). They havent released numbers for germany since their launch and they are doing good over here by having the big football(soccer) rights.

I dont expect their numbers to be what they consider good, but not revealing numbers shouldnt be interpreted as them doing incredible bad business. Netflix for example doesnt reveal their viewership numbers either.

I don't think ggg cares, he's in cash out mode. Any boxer that needs exposure, DAZN is death for them though, 5k, 29k concurrent viewers is terrible.

I can guarantee the last thing Golovkin is doing is losing sleep over DAZN viewing figures when according to Forbes he made 20 million plus just in 2018. He made millions more for Canelo 1 in 2017 and possibly millions more for Canelo 3 in 2019/20.

Same for Joshua. Having nightmares about Ruiz but not about money or DAZN viewership.

I doubt it did this little but I didn't expect it to do well. The luster is gone from GGG.

GGG was marketed as this "unstippable monster" as an opponent for Canelo. He arguably won the 1st fight and arguably lost the 2nd one convincingly. What incentive was there for anyone to watch him fight a CW fight against an opponent that had absolutely no chance to win?

If GGG isn't going to fight guys that have a chance to beat him there is no incentive for anyone other than his slurp team to buy DAZN to watch him fight.

I had trouble with the DAZN app constantly locking up and refreshing. Then it would restart from the previous round. It was a mess. DAZN needs to fix their app issues and if they want serious ratings then put the fight on cable TV where most fans still watch fights from. Meanwhile, GGG has a $100M contract, so for all you haters out there, let us know how many PBC fighters are pulling down those figures. LMAO.

He won’t see the 5 more fights left to get that money with this viewership.
