I'd heard tell of it but I always kinda assumed it was a bit like a pearl necklace, but... y'know...at waist level. Kinda symbolic of the WBC cracking another nut over the stomach of the boxing public.

lol i saw it the other day, all this fake ass belts suck except for the people that make them, they are making a lot of money with so many interim, regular, super, diamond, silver, pearl belts

It's just a meaningless honorary belt designed to capitalize on heightened nuclear tensions between India and Pakistan. It could draw a ton of viewers and money from the region, if handled and promoted well. Like an India vs. Pakistan cricket match.
