What is the hold up on Porter vs Spence?

Idk man. I think he coulda had Spence. I think PBC wanted Spence vs Pacquiao. Thurman f#cking around more than PBC is f#cking around with Spence's trajectory.

I think Porter would be the most likely name guy if Thurman got hurt. I think they probably would just postpone it/cancel the date doe.

ANd lol yea think Garcia is out now. But I know we'd be seeing Pacquiao vs Mikey if Mikey woulda beat Spence.

I think Pacquio would only fight spence if the advantages suited him like a super long "here's two weeks to drop 20lbs" type shhh. Too big and too much power. That's not a good fight for Pacquaio by any stretch. I don't know about Pacman cancelling fights at this point of his career, he'd rather go in there and beat up on Buboy if he had to, he ain't passing up camp and checks.

So apparently on Instagram talking to a fan, Derrick James said they signed the Porter contract a month ago. I'm gonna see if I can find the comment

What are we waiting on a date for? Whats the venue? Why is Porter saying he's hearing nothing or nothing's been signed or w/e he's crying about now?

You can tell that Spence didn't really want the fight against Porter even though, oddly enough, Porter was the one pushing for it. I don't think it interests him and I'll add another vote to the hat that he's secretly negotiating for a fight against Crawford.

Also, Copp said in his chat that Spence was upset the fight wasn't going to be on PPV so that was part of the hold up as well.
