I was against canelo andrade because of andrade weak resume. It's still weak but canelo has nothing left to prove vs ggg. I say fight andrade for the wbo belt. Ggg is a greedy little bich now fuh him.

Canelo hasn’t owned GGG. Both of their fights could have gone either way. And more people think GGG won both and any other variation of their two fights’ results. I personally have it 1-1.

A lot of people thought Martin Murray was robbed against Sergio Martinez and should have been the lineal champ when he fought GGG. The MW division GGG dominated wasn’t very talented. But he damn sure beat the top guys within the division. Andrade hasn’t fought anybody worth a f.uck at MW.
Andrade hasn’t fought anybody but he is the CHAMP. so fighting him is actually worthy because he is a CHAMP. ok??
as far as ggg resume, he had option to move up but he never did
and he was always calling out fighters from lower division.

So in your sad little boxing world, being a paper champion is something worthwhile. So according to your logic, Adrien Broner is an ATG and sure fire HOF’r. You know, because he won belts in four divisions. Do me a favor, repeat the sentence, “Adrien Broner is an ATG and sure fire HOF’r” out loud and tell me how ****** it sounds.

It's only his first fight with Banks, Golovkin should not chase a rematch directly next. He should go after Andrade and collect the WBO belt first. Face Alvarez next Cinco de Mayo after he's been with Banks longer.

I seriously doubt if you watch boxing at all or know the business side of boxing with those statements. Your a rookie in this post that doesn’t know any better.

First of all Canelo will make money fighting anybody with the deal he signed with DAZN right? Wasn’t it a five-year, 11-fight deal that will pay the boxer a minimum of $365 million?

Alvarez would be able to earn above and beyond those minimum purses based on pay-per-view buys and a percentage of the live gate from his fights. In this deal without a pay-per-view model, Alvarez will have other opportunities to earn above the base. There are escalators, but terms of those incentives were specified. Even if Canelo simply earns his base, the contract pays him an average of $33.1 million per fight. If he competes twice a year, which is what’s expected, that puts him over $66 million in earnings per year through 2023.

I’m confused, how won’t Canelo make any money with the DAZN deal?

Secondly, Andrade is a pretty good fighter, technically and fundamentally sound. Ditto, Saunders, Smith, & a 2nd Jacobs fight. Since Canelo signed that DAZN deal, he has only had (2) fights, Rocky Fielding and Jacobs. By my calculations, he has 9 fights left. I only named Andrade, Smith, Saunders, & a 2nd fight with Jacobs before taking on GGG again, that’s 4 fights before GGGG and he still has (5) fights left under that DAZN deal. He will make his money regardless and all the fights I mentioned are fights right now the boxing public at large will pay to watch. And he will fight GGG, my point is he doesn’t have to do it right now but it can still be one of the total 11 fights under the DAZN deal. And that’s exactly how Oscar is thinking. Canelo is almost guaranteed to earn the minimum of $365 million fighting those guys including GGG because he signed a 11 fight deal.

I hope you're not comparing broner to canelo.

Nope. I’m using Broner as an example of how belts don’t mean s.hit.

I mean it depends . I think in this case canelo can use it to officially unify the division. Plus he already beat ggg and moved far past ggg already.
